The best tool for this is Clearbit. They have detailed targeting capabilities for LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads, great for remarketing a good way to ensure you have the right data for cold campaigns.
Do the above tools enrich existing data with CRM's?
The simple answer is yes, most should do this. Some platforms, like Ringlead, do this in real-time.
